This page sets out who provides the services on this website and on what terms, so that a client can see the details before agreeing to anything. The services are offered to businesses and organisations, and the written scope and quotation agreed with each client apply alongside this notice.

Services: Application Handling Setup, Interview Record Support, and Hiring Process Review, described on the Offers page. The services are offered to companies and organisations.
Price: Application Handling Setup: from ¥24,500. Interview Record Support: from ¥21,000. Hiring Process Review: from ¥15,800. These are starting amounts for the scope shown on each offer page. The price that applies, and the consumption tax, are stated in a written quotation before the engagement begins.
Charges other than the price: Costs that are not part of the price, such as extra channels, extra interviews, or work outside the listed scope, are named in the written quotation before they are incurred. Bank transfer fees, if any, are stated there too.
Payment method and timing: Agreed individually in writing before the work starts. No payment is requested before the written scope and quotation have been agreed.
Delivery and period: Each service has a fixed length: three weeks for Application Handling Setup and Interview Record Support, two weeks for Hiring Process Review. The start date and the delivery date are set in the written scope.
Cancellation and changes: Agreed individually in writing. The quotation states what happens to work already carried out and to amounts already paid.
Returns and defects: The services are not goods that can be returned. If something delivered does not match the written scope, tell us in writing and we will look at it with you and correct what falls within the scope. Your rights under the law are not affected.
Applicant data: Handling of applicant and employee data is set out in the written scope and in the Privacy Policy.

How an engagement comes about

You write to us or call, and we talk through your hiring process and what you would like to change.
We send a written scope and quotation with the content of the service, the length in weeks, the price, the consumption tax, the payment terms, and the systems that will hold applicant data.
The engagement starts when you have agreed to the scope and quotation in writing. Nothing is charged before that.
We carry out the work in the agreed period and hand over the written operating procedure.

For businesses

The services are offered to companies and organisations in Japan that run their own recruitment. They are not offered to individual consumers, and nothing on this website can be bought by clicking a button: there is no online checkout, no basket, and no payment is taken through the site.

What we do not promise

We do not promise results such as a certain amount of time saved, a particular accuracy of AI-assisted drafts, a shorter hiring period, or a more objective selection. The services organise and summarise material, and your people check it and take every hiring decision. These limits are repeated in the Terms and Conditions so that they are part of every agreement.

Asking for the operator's details

The legal name of the operator, the form of the business, and the name of the person in charge are not published on the website. Anyone who has a reason to know them, for example a prospective client who is about to sign a quotation, can ask for them by email or telephone, and we will provide them without delay.
