A calmer starting point for every application that arrives
Application Handling Setup brings the channels you already use into one consistent layout, so reviewing starts from the same page every time.
Back to homeWhat you get
By the end of the setup, applications that arrive by email, through your online form, or from a job board are copied into one shared layout, and any required field that is missing is marked for a follow-up message. How your team assesses people does not change. What changes is the preparation that comes before the assessment.
Why it is needed
An opening with many applicants rarely receives them in the same shape. Some come as PDFs, some through a form, some as an email with an attachment. Putting them side by side usually falls to whoever has an hour to spare, and details get overlooked simply because there is a lot to read by hand.
None of this says anything about how carefully your team works. It is mostly a matter of volume.
How it works
We configure an intake step that reads applications from the channels you already use and places the details your team looks for, such as contact details, work history, and the position applied for, into one layout. For free-form parts like a CV, an AI-assisted reading step produces a draft. A person on your team checks that draft against the original document before it is used, and the original is always kept next to it.
Nothing is ranked, scored, or rejected by the tool, and we cannot promise that every field is read correctly. That is why the check by a person is part of the procedure we write for you.
What happens over the three weeks
We start by looking at how applications reach you and what your team needs from each one. Then we map that into the layout and connect it to your existing applicant system or spreadsheet, so your day-to-day tools do not have to change. The layout takes shape step by step, with room for you to adjust it before it is settled.
The trial uses records you choose. We suggest past applications, or ones with the personal details removed, rather than candidates who are currently in the process.
Applicant data
Applications contain personal information about candidates. Before any real application is processed, the written scope names which systems will hold applicant data, whether an external AI service is involved, and whether any of the data would leave Japan. Your company stays responsible for telling applicants why their information is used, as the Act on the Protection of Personal Information expects.
Please do not send candidate records to us through this website. The enquiry form is for questions about the service.
Price
from ¥24,500
This is the starting price for the three-week scope below. The amount that applies to you, consumption tax, and any extra channels or work beyond the list are stated in a written quotation before the work starts.
- · Layout mapping across your application channels
- · Connection to your existing applicant system or spreadsheet
- · Written operating procedure
- · Three-week engagement
Limits
How much time the step saves, and how often a field is read correctly, depends on your documents and your process, and we do not state a figure. If the layout does not match how your team actually works, we adjust it within the agreed scope; anything beyond that scope is agreed separately in writing.
Next steps
The simplest way to begin is to send a message from the contact page or write to us by email. We will ask a few questions about your channels and about how many applications an opening usually draws, and then propose a scope and a quotation before anything is set in motion.
Considering Application Handling Setup
Writing to us does not oblige you to anything. Please leave out personal details of candidates.
