Three services, each scoped to one stage of hiring

An overview of what is available, so you can see which stage of your process each service addresses before looking closer.

A brief introduction

Each of the three services below addresses a different point in the hiring process: intake, interviews, or a review of the process as a whole. Most teams start with whichever stage is currently taking up the most time, though there is no requirement to choose in any particular order.

If it is not clear which one fits, the guidance further down this page may help, or you are welcome to write to us directly.

How to choose

If applications feel scattered

Application Handling Setup is usually the more relevant starting point, especially when the same opening draws applications by email, a form, and a job board at once.

If interviews are hard to recall accurately

Interview Record Support addresses the gap between a fast-moving conversation and a record that panels can return to afterward.

If openings are taking longer to fill

A Hiring Process Review is often the clearest place to start when the slowdown is not yet understood.

If none of these describe your situation exactly, write to us and we will help you think it through before you decide anything.

What every offer includes

A written scope, agreed before any setup begins, that also names which systems will hold applicant data. The configuration is tried on records you choose, and a written operating procedure is handed over at the end. Each engagement has a defined length and is not an ongoing subscription.

On price

The amount shown with each service is a starting price for the scope listed on its page, excluding consumption tax. The amount that applies to you, any tax, and anything outside the listed scope are set out in a written quotation before work starts. Payment terms are agreed individually in writing; see the Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

Questions before deciding

Can we start with just one service?

Yes. Each service is scoped and priced on its own, and teams can begin with a single stage before considering another.

Do you work with companies outside Kagoshima?

Setup and meetings are held online where needed, so the location of your company is not a limit in itself. The address on this site is the operator's address, not a service area.

Does the tool decide who moves forward?

No. It formats, summarises, and reports. Which candidates move forward is decided by your people, and every summary is a draft to be checked against the source.

What happens after the written procedure is delivered?

Your team takes over running the step. Further work beyond the stated scope would be discussed and agreed separately in writing.
