A clear look at where your hiring process actually slows down

Hiring Process Review examines every stage from application to offer, so decisions about what to change rest on what is actually happening.

What you get

At the end of the review you receive a written report showing how long each stage of your hiring process takes, where candidates tend to withdraw, and which steps genuinely inform the final decision. What you do with it is entirely up to you.

Why it is needed

When an opening takes longer to fill than it used to, it is often unclear which part of the process is responsible. Is it the gap between application and first contact? A scheduling bottleneck? A stage that candidates find discouraging enough to leave? Without a look at the process as a whole, these questions tend to stay open.

How it works

We review your existing hiring process from end to end: stage timings, the points where candidates withdraw, and the steps that add information to the final decision. Where the review finds that a stage could be removed rather than speeded up, the report says so. The aim is an accurate picture, not a case for more steps.

Only dates, stage names, and counts are needed. We do not need candidate names or documents, and we ask you to remove them from anything you share with us.

What happens over the two weeks

We go through your recent hiring records with the people involved at each stage. The result is a written report that you can read at your own pace, followed by a discussion session once you have had time with it, so that questions can be answered directly.

Findings are presented as things to consider, not as fixed conclusions. The decision about what to change stays with your team.

Price

from ¥15,800

This is the starting price for the two-week scope below. The amount that applies to you, consumption tax, and anything beyond the list are stated in a written quotation before the work starts.

  • · Written report with stage timings
  • · Withdrawal-point analysis
  • · Discussion session after reading
  • · Two-week engagement

Limits

The report can only describe what your records show. If a period is thin on records, or the records are incomplete, the report says so rather than filling the gaps. We do not state a figure for how much faster your process will become.

Next steps

Send a message from the contact page or write to us by email. We will ask a few questions about your current process and how far back your records go, then confirm the scope and quotation before starting.
