RECRUITMENT & HR — APPLICATION INTAKE TO OFFER

Assisted structure for the steps HR teams handle every week

Morning Meteor Haven sets up AI-assisted handling of applications, interview records, and a review of the hiring process, built around how a team already works through a stack of candidates. Every output is a draft for a person to check; the decision stays with your team.

What this work is for

Hiring teams in Japan often juggle several channels of applications, a shared calendar for interviews, and records that have to stay consistent from one opening to the next. The aim here is to organise that material, so the people making decisions can give their attention to the decisions.

The tools we set up format, summarise, and review. They do not rank candidates, score them, or turn anyone down, and they cannot promise that a summary is free of mistakes. A person on your side reads the source, and the judgement stays with your team at every stage.

Three areas of support

Application Handling Setup

Applications from several channels arrive in one consistent layout, with missing details marked for follow-up rather than lost.

Interview Record Support

A structured record of each online interview against the planned questions, made only when the candidate has been told, so panel members can attend to the person rather than their notes.

Hiring Process Review

A look at where candidates withdraw and which stages actually inform the decision, with a written report of what was found.
