These terms govern the use of this website, which belongs to the operator of Morning Meteor Haven ("we", "us"). They apply to everyone who reads the site or sends us a message through it. Terms for the paid services themselves are on the separate Terms of Conditions page.

Using the website

  1. You may read this website, and send us an enquiry about our services, free of charge and without registering.
  2. You agree not to use the site to send false or misleading information, to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, or to interfere with how it works.
  3. Automated or bulk use of the enquiry form is not permitted.
  4. The site is written for companies and organisations. Please do not use it to send us the personal information of applicants or employees; it is not a channel for such records.

What the website is, and is not

The website describes three services: Application Handling Setup, Interview Record Support, and Hiring Process Review. Describing a service is not an offer that binds us. An engagement exists only when we have agreed the scope, the price, and the dates with you in writing.

The pages are general information. They are not legal, employment-law, or compliance advice, and they do not tell you how to decide on any candidate. Decisions about recruitment are yours, and AI-assisted drafts are meant to be checked by a person before they are used.

Prices and descriptions

Prices on this website are starting amounts for the scope described on each offer page. The amount that applies to you is stated in a written quotation. We may change descriptions, scope, and prices on the site from time to time; a change does not affect a quotation we have already given you in writing.

Availability

We try to keep the site available, but it may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and we may do so without notice.

If a page links to another website, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or for how it treats your information.

Limits of liability

The site and its content are provided as they are. We take care that what is written here is accurate, but we cannot promise that it is complete or up to date at every moment. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that results from relying on general information on the site, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of Japan, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises about the use of this website, we will first try to settle it by talking with you. If that does not work, the Kagoshima District Court has non-exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance, without affecting any right you have under the law to bring a claim in another court.

Reporting a problem

If you find something on the site that is wrong, out of date, or does not work, tell us at info@morningmeteorhaven.com. We will look at it and correct it where we can.

Quoting and linking

You are welcome to link to any page of this site. If you quote us, please quote accurately and do not present a starting price or a description of a service as if it were a promise about a result, because the pages say plainly that we make no such promise.
